Mailing lists
There is a common mailing list ("pywms-devel") for both users and developers.
To subscribe (or unsubscribe) to this list, you can use
this link.
It could be reasonable to have a look at the
mailing list archive
too.
By subscribing to the
commits mailing list
("pywms-commits") you'll receive an email every time a change on the
svn repository was made.
Bug report
Bug reports should be sent to "pywms-devel" (see "Mailing lists").
